This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) used on the QuickTrip website, quicktrip.quickbitsoftware.com, operated by Quickbit Software Global. It does not cover the QuickTrip mobile app; see our Privacy Policy for that.

Your choice

We only use one kind of non-essential cookie: Google Analytics. It stays off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies.

You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings (also in the site footer). If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. We ask again after 12 months.

We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies.

Essential cookies

These are needed for the website to work and can't be switched off.

• PHPSESSID (quicktrip.quickbitsoftware.com, deleted when you close your browser): keeps a session so the contact and data deletion forms can be protected against cross-site request forgery and show you confirmation messages.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are visited, how people arrive at the site and which content is useful, so we can improve it. The reports we see are aggregated; we don't use them to identify you.

• _ga (Google, 2 years): distinguishes visitors.
• _ga_<ID> (Google, 2 years): keeps session state for Google Analytics 4.

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited. Information may be processed by Google outside your country, including in the United States. Local storage

Some small settings are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

• qt-consent (12 months): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies.
• qt-last-seen (until cleared): remembers when you last visited, so Shelly's welcome animation doesn't replay on every page.
• plyr (until cleared): remembers your video player preferences, such as volume, on the homepage tour video.

Third-party content

To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and the homepage video player from the Plyr CDN (cdn.plyr.io). These providers receive your IP address as part of the request, but the website does not ask them to set cookies. Links to Google Play, TikTok, YouTube and Threads take you to those services, which have their own cookie policies.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the contact and deletion forms from working.
