Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the QuickTrip mobile app, the QuickTrip website and related services (together, "QuickTrip"), operated by Quickbit Software Global in Malaysia. By creating an account or using QuickTrip you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use QuickTrip.

Your Account

You need an account to plan trips. Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app or by requesting deletion.

Trips, Crew Chat and Shared Content

QuickTrip lets you invite other travelers to a trip, chat with them, and share stops, polls, Pocket cards, photos, documents and expenses. Everything you post is visible to everyone on that trip. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to store, process and display it so QuickTrip can work for you and your crew.

Community Rules: Zero Tolerance

QuickTrip has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, share or send anything that:

harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;
is hateful or discriminates against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits;
is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
shows or encourages graphic violence, self-harm or illegal activity;
is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone else;
infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, including sharing their personal documents without permission.

Reporting, Blocking and Moderation

In the app you can long-press any chat message to report it or to block its sender, and report or block a traveler from the trip's traveler list. Blocking hides that person's messages, shared Pocket cards and notifications from you. You can unblock people under Profile › Blocked travelers.

Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. When content breaks these Terms we remove it, and we may remove the person responsible from trips, or suspend or permanently terminate their account. Chat messages are also checked automatically, and messages our filter identifies as objectionable are removed for everyone. You can also report a problem to hello@quickbitsoftware.com.

AI Trip Planning

Shelly, QuickTrip's AI planner, suggests itineraries, places, opening hours, travel times and costs. These suggestions can be wrong or out of date. Check important details, such as opening hours, bookings, visas and safety advice, with the official source before you rely on them. You are responsible for your travel decisions.

Premium Subscriptions

QuickTrip Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Deleting the app or your QuickTrip account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable Use

Don't misuse QuickTrip: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, access other people's trips without an invitation, or use QuickTrip for anything unlawful.

Intellectual Property

QuickTrip, Shelly, and the app's branding, design and content belong to Quickbit Software Global, except content posted by users and third-party data such as maps and place information, which belong to their owners.

Termination

You can stop using QuickTrip at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, especially the community rules above, or if required by law.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

QuickTrip is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickbit Software Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from travel plans, bookings, third-party services or content posted by other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we make significant changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use QuickTrip after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
